2. Hosting and Data Processing by Wix
The website contractpharma.pl is built and maintained on the Wix.com Ltd. platform.
Personal data may be stored on Wix servers located in the European Union, the United States, or other countries, in accordance with applicable laws and Wix’s privacy policy.
Wix acts as a data processor (pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR) and ensures a level of personal data protection compliant with European Union law.

3. Scope and Purposes of Personal Data Processing
The Controller processes Users’ personal data provided via the contact form or directly by e-mail.
The scope of processed data may include:
