Paweł Klita
Proxy, B2B Cooperation
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz.
Since 2013, associated with the CDMO industry, until 2023 supporting partner and shareholder of Master Pharm SA.
Until 2026, he collaborated with the Research and Production Center of the Lodz University of Technology Ichem Sp. z o. o. in the field of acquiring new contract manufacturing projects.
Marek Gołaszczyk
A graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, Faculty of Management (he completed part of his studies at the Fachhochschule Nordhausen).
He has 20 years of experience in management and sales in the pharmaceutical market. From 2015 to 2019, he served as a member of the Supervisory Board of Master Pharm SA. He has participated in the Insights Discovery and Coaching Fundamentals Certificate courses.
Piotr Małecki
Director of Operations, Production and Implementation
A graduate of the Hugo Kołłątaj University of Agriculture in Kraków, Faculty of Food Technology.
For 17 years he has been associated with the production industry, where he developed competences in the field of work organization, supervision and implementation of procedures.
Internal auditor for quality control.
